WEDDING PERMIT FORM

After registration,  right click to download and print out the Wedding Permit form to the right.                                  

Fill out the form for desired date, time,  and desired space to reserve (see map on main page),   Sign and mail via US Postal Service to the address indicated on the form.  ...sorry, you can not email the completed form.

If you have questions, you may send them along with your permit form.  You can also email the ranger that approves your permit or call the administration office at 

206-789-2622 and ask to speak to a ranger.
